Michael Krall
Michael Krall began his investment banking career in 1973 in New York with Lehman Brothers and has extensive
experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and asset disposition strategies.
For most of his career, Michael has focused on financial services and financial technology companies.
He headed the financial institutions practice in the western region from 1990-1999 for Bear Stearns, where he
was a Senior Managing Director. From 1985-1989, he played the same role for Dean Witter. Most recently, Michael
headed the Financial Technology Group at Hoefer & Arnett. He received a B.A. degree from Williams College in
1971 and an M.P.A. degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University in 1973.
